All products offered by Themesin are delivered electronically and you can access your downloads from user dashboard.
Themesin is not responsible for you are not receiving your product for technical issues outside of our control.
Support
We offer six months of premium support with each purchase. Support includes initial theme setup, theme customization, bug fixes and change if feature or functionalities do not work as intended.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through PayPal and Stripe, a third party payment provider. Themesin does not directly process your payments. Please reach out to us for futher information about our security policy. We do not store payment information.
Ownership
Ownership of the product is governed by the type of license.
